Displayed deck features Timbertech Legacy Pecan decking with canopy eating area. Custom built window (centre) and added door to spare room to create seamless outdoor living area. This project included removing the old stairwell and mudroom, adding the window and door, residing the west wall, building the deck and canopy roof, replacing the sewer line, and new driveway and sidewalks. Canopy roof also features , gas hook ups, water and drain lines for future outdoor kitchen, lights, speakers and custom roll down blinds. Inside features include new mud room with access to renovated kitchen.
Combination Hardi Plank lap siding and Hardi Board and batten feature walls. This project included a full re side with some exterior repairs, new doors, replaced house wrap, new roof, upgraded attic insulation, ventilation, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. Other improvements included cutting down and recapping the chimneys with custom metal flashings, replacing exterior plugs and mechanical portrusions and changing the double garage doors with a large Steelcraft unit.
This custom home build started in the ground and carried on until exterior finish was completed. Displayed is pre-stained pine soffit with skylight wells. A shadow board detail with back lighting enhances the skylight. Beams and posts are pre-stained fir and slab was finished in a stamped wood concrete.
