This space was opened up after removing the center wall and bringing the wasted hallway space into the room. New flooring, windows, fireplace and trim brought a clients ideas to life
Missing from this photo was the wall between the original kitchen and the dining area. This whole house renovation included all new cabinets and countertops throughout, as well as designer inspired lighting and colour choices.
These custom railings replaced the original dated looking set with built in place curves and square spindles. The stairs were rebuilt with a fresh painted skirt board and in wall lighting. The treads feature solid wood nosings that return into the open area and glued down cork backed vinyl flooring.
This area was previously a sunken living room. The change required removing the bearing walls and replacing them with a flush beam in the floor above. New cabinets and island with in ceiling speakers and pot lights make for a great entertaining space.
This master bathroom renovation includes his and her vanities, a freestanding tub and huge tiled shower with a bench. We knocked a hole in the wall and converted a bedroom into a large walk in closet with custom built shelving.
This kitchen renovation and mudroom addition changed the flow in this 1940 built farm house. The ash cabinets from a previous renovation were added to and moved then re sprayed in white and blue. The combination of granite and wood counter tops with an unique tile floor and back splash allow this kitchen space to maintain much of the original charm.

This main floor renovation included a new kitchen and bathrooms, as well as removing a central wall. Pictured is the custom built railing from a shop specializing in hand forged and specialty steel. The combination of wood stone and steel complete the stairwell.
